Annual General Meeting (AGM) Information
The SPPA AGM is held each year in October. All financial members are encouraged to either attend the meeting, or if unable to attend, complete and return a Proxy Voting form to the Secretary prior to the meeting. A minimum of 30% of members, either in attendance or having submitted a Proxy Voting form, are required for the meeting to proceed. Any financial member is able to nominate for a position on the management committee, however, all nomination forms need to be completed and returned to the Secretary on or before the 29th September.
