Looking to renovate, build, add a jetty, or alter the river bank?
Basically any alterations needs prior approval by the SPPA Site Development Committee before being sent to Mid Murray Council for the usual regulatory requirements. Seeking information/approval may seem daunting and a lengthy process, however to assist you please refer to section 7 in the Rules and Regulations which outlines in detail the SPPA requirements.

Tree Trimming/Removal
If you wish to undertake any heavily pruning or perhaps be looking to remove a tree within South Punyelroo, you need to submit an application to the Committee, along with Neighbours Consent (example form located under forms on the top right of this page) which needs to be completed by your neighbours and included in your application to the Committee as per your Lease Agreement and the Rules & Regulations.
